THOUGHTS FEAR Fear of thoughts ... CO
Paolo Coelho
I once knew a woman who was afraid of a thought that had been installed in the head, almost deranged: I was terrified of the possibility of killing someone . Not anyone in particular but to anyone who is crossing the street. What really troubled him was his own thinking, because in reality she was unable to kill even one fly.
not reach the end of this example, sometimes we are afraid this subtle and invisible world inhabited by our thoughts, as if they had the power to materialize by the mere fact of appearing in our minds. Many of our neuroses begin this irrational fear ourselves, what we think or feel, because that part of our more civilized social or more can not support them or accept them.
Everything that happens in our mind is fleeting, coming and going, that is their nature, and all the mess over our heads day goes by, many thoughts really negative, shameful and even evil. They are part of our psyche, full of everything you see, hear, want, hate, dream or imagine. So, like a mixed bag it were, we should not take too much account of everything that pours in, not get carried away by them or analyze them more than they should or stop participating in the personal image of ourselves. And much less believe they can make us or hurt. On the contrary, that spontaneity comes to our good, because it ensures creativity. After us, "the real agents of all this mess filtering," which we must learn to distinguish between simple mental trash truly valuable.
