Well, I have already finished reading this book.
We'll see ... the first thing I want to make clear to anyone taking a deception, is that only Starcraft has the characters and some of the plot we know ... that ... What I mean? ... therefore very simple, the novel is set long before the events of Starcraft I, ie, the Protoss and Zerg have not yet made its appearance apotheosis, so in truth, Starcraft has little (much less than Starcraft II as the title suggests ... well have to see what a head of marketing for that to sell a book ... anyway ...).
The story focuses on the early years of Jim Raynor and Findlay Tychus and how they came to know and become friends. For this reason the book can be divided into two blocks.
In the first part we will find Raynor on his home planet, as a young boy with concerns forced to help his family in the countryside to pay the unfair taxes levied by the Terran Confederation (c'mon, a typical home of hundreds of novels by court-martial, whether science fiction or not without going too far ... and voice suddenly comes to the typical head Star Wars or "Bill, Galactic Hero" ... but anyway ... What if I tell you is that I am often reminded of the movie "Kelly's Heroes" (who has not seen the lease worth), although I must admit I expected more from a novel attached below the Starcraft franchise ... not ... I understand that to understand the characters need to know their origins and all that, but I particularly would have done ALL this novel and all that counts as a flashback, that is, inserting this story from a more elaborate plot in Starcraft own which appeared the Protoss or Zerg ... I mean ... What is not Starcraft Protoss or Zerg? ... for that ... just a little romance and futuristic light court-martial but not much else ...
Anyway ... a book to pass the time but I only remember the plot of Starcraft in the names of the protagonists.

Nothing, I've finished reading the second volume of this trilogy, particularly me this charming ... let's see ... I put a bit of background ...
On one side is the main story Kylar who, having fled after the attack Cenarius of Caernarvon Khaqlidorianos leaves to try to forget their "profession" of executing and try to lead a normal life and Uly Elene (the daughter of his late mentor and Mama K, who was the leader of Sa'kagé). His intention is to become a great herbalist using all the knowledge you have about plants (although Always had the poison used to and not to heal).

The magical universe expands so amazing and the novel can no longer be considered "historical court" to become a novel worthy of Weiss and Hickman (Dragonlance I mean, of course).
On the other hand, the adult tone of the novel grows another point and description of the aberrations of the King God, give a tone of romance "for over 18 years" that left me dazzled ... those who expect a fantasy "family" and "All children" Forget and pick up the book ... here aberrations, rape and abuse are the order of the day and the author serve to awaken in the reader a feeling of nausea and desire for revenge which can justify the executions of Kylar almost as "a necessary" ... read one to make you want to be the same on passing through the knife like animals after doing what they do ... in short ... is not a novel at times Crios because it becomes very hard and if you have an imagination awake, even more horrendous.
However, this does not detract from adult tone one iota of charm to the novel and one might almost say that so admirable power the love story behind the book and makes the reader go through different moods in full force .... love, affection, tenderness, hatred, revenge, disillusionment, acceptance of fate ... anyway ... a kaleidoscope of sensations that I love to experience while reading.
In short, I'm rolling over the leg of a Roman, the book (and the whole saga) has enganchadísimo me and I just want to arrive in February and to see how the trilogy concludes.
I recommend it 100%

Well ... soon I will be able to comment on this book since it practically ANYTHING to tell the plot would be a huge spoiler for any fan of this series of novels that have not yet read it, so much to my regret, I have to bite language and say almost nothing ... Just
comment that the novel recounts the final battle taking Coruscant. The Alliance is released en masse to retake the planet hands of the Vong and they obviously are not going to stay with our arms crossed while a group of "unbelievers are thrown at them."
other hand, the planet Zonama Sekot is parked in an orbit in the vicinity of Coruscant. Well, there are already new trailer for the movie ... the truth is that every time I have the teeth longer waiting to see what kind of remake, or rather continuation of the movie of my childhood, have done.

Well ... well .... well ... it seems that things are going at an end (at least in regard to the conflict is Vong).
is a novel divided into two parts by Planeta de Agostini (obviously to try to get more "rooms" to people that if the public only on a volume and keeping the original price of the collection ... and I say this hobby ... to divide novels to get more pelas ... why not us they are selling collectibles in folios and so while we bleed more ?.... well ... I strayed from the topic and then we arremeteré against editorial, as has become the custom in this collection in particular ...) where we will meet with the final conflict ... Yuuzan Vong Yes sir ... the truth is worth giving up the thing runs out after "zillion" books giving forms among them, although it is not to throw the hair and that this end does not mean the end of Star Wars adventures that continue with the Dark Nest Trilogy and more ... anyway ... I divert the topic ....

Meanwhile, Luke, Mara, Jacen and the group was in Zonama Sekot still stranded on the planet after Nom Anor sabotage the planet and forced him to jump into hyperspace to try to destroy it. The Living Planet, battered by the sabotage, but not dead, try to rebuild and to regain a state of "mental" unified, calm and rational to decide again if it helps in the fight against the Yuuzhan Vong or otherwise ignores the the problem. And, while talking to the group of Jedi to try to make a decision, the living planet is trying, slowly return to known space through small hyper-space jump to correct the wrong done by Nom Anor.
On the other hand, and once attempted sacrifice, alliance leaders decided it is time to give the decisive blow to the Yuuzhan Vong ... Shimrra know, even despite having screwed his consecration ceremony of its fleet, not to back down and launch a devastating attack against Mon Calamari (now the seat of government of what remains of the old Republic), so they decide to whole hog ... Shimrra anger knowing that they decide to give him "the octopus" ... when the fleet arrives to sweep Mon Calamari they tried to cope, but the bulk of the ships of war be launched against Coruscant dive to attack the very heart of the enemy ....
Nothing ... as you see a plagadita novel action from beginning to end (this first part at least). Numerous space battles pretty full of tension that are predicting a final showdown that will come in the second part of the novel. On the other hand, is an author like to thank James Luceno that is already well established in these conflicts and that, while not the best from my point of view to put the climax to the series (myself among them I would have opted for RA Salvatore) is equal to the task.
In short ... a novel to be read, especially all those fans who have followed this conflict since it began with the death of so many novels ago Chewbacca back ...
And now well known and sadly my usual admonition to editors ... seriously ... Do you still play? ... Why hire reviewers of text trying to do their job with your eyes closed? ... How hard is to match the gender of the noun with gender of the adjective that goes with ...? Is it so difficult is to revise the text to see if there are missing articles and prepositions in the middle of sentences to try to avoid the feeling that one is reading a text written by a Sioux Indian who tries to learn Castilian with the method of "English in 1000 words "?... Anyway ... less evil than the Metro library is over now and not continue to carry out similar assassinations language against the language of Cervantes (and I mean the body that man in his mouth). Anyway ... and this is my farewell for Planeta de Agostini ... What does it feel to leave food with the money obtained by a shoddy job?

Well, I've finished reading me the book ... the truth is that this time it has taken me time, I guess mainly for two reasons, first is that work is taking me time reading (as is obvious) and second and no less important is that I finished the novel has cost ... The book is limited to relate almost to the point that those who have already played the game we know ... does not contribute anything new that we have not already experienced the hand of Ezio in his travels through the Italian Renaissance for revenge and their struggle against the Templars.
Actually, when I took the book was in the false hope that the author exploits the plot of the game that I personally drew a lot (in fact I'm anxious because it leaves the third part of the game towards the end of this month to catch and see how the story progresses.) However, the author, in a clear sign of their lack of imagination has been content to sit in front of your TV with a notepad next to go transcribing exactly what I saw on the screen.
A añadidle the fact that that for greater expense of gaming history, the author chooses to focus on the book only from the point of view of the historical pattern, skipping a stroke the entire history of the Templars and the murderers of today, the Animus project, the story of Desmond Miles and how it will slowly unravel the great secret that try to hide the Templars.

I mean ... for those who are not following the collection of Star Wars books published by Planeta de Agostini the jump is brutal ... from the last that was released on the Yuuzhan Vong to this book the time lag is heartbreaking, but is that for those who are following the collection of books on the newsstands, the jump is also amazing ... will see ... books published to date (or soon to arrive) a collection of kiosks in The Final finish Prophecy and is also going to get The Unifying Force ... The story centers on the emblematic ship of Han Solo.
