However, led by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker are not intended to destroy ... "

Comment and Opinion:

Well ... soon I will be able to comment on this book since it practically ANYTHING to tell the plot would be a huge spoiler for any fan of this series of novels that have not yet read it, so much to my regret, I have to bite language and say almost nothing ... Just

comment that the novel recounts the final battle taking Coruscant. The Alliance is released en masse to retake the planet hands of the Vong and they obviously are not going to stay with our arms crossed while a group of "unbelievers are thrown at them."

other hand, the planet Zonama Sekot is parked in an orbit in the vicinity of Coruscant. The Living Planet begins to make the living ships also to present some resistance and opposition to the Vong, but says he does not think Sekot take an active part in the war and will only measure of defense against Vong attack ... although, of course, Shimrra, the high lord of the Vong, will not allow a prediction of "nothing" (say the appearance of a living planet) will embitter their plans of conquest of the "galaxy of promise" so he decides, in a move diabolical pitch against the dreaded planet living in the same biological weapon that the Alliance was created to eradicate the presence Vong galaxy .... alpha red, so Zonama Sekot have to intervene in the conflict.

Meanwhile, on Coruscant, the embarrassed Vong caste takes up arms against the upper castes who have been oppressed and held for so long, so that the alliance will not expect allies within the ranks of Vong.

As for the main protagonists in the saga ... well ... say that "we shall fight in Zonama Sekot couple driving some of the new living ships, and others like Han, Leia, Luke, Jacen and Jaina lowered to Coruscant to face, on the one hand and on the other Shimrra global brain that Vong have been installed in the old world capital. .. And, as would Maira in 1,2,3 ... so far I can read the little card ... No. .. hehehe

seriously ... I would say more but it is a sovereign task for not having read it as the novel is exciting from the first line to last ...

A novel full of action from start to finish ... with epic space battles, fighting at ground passing if interruption from a critical situation a desperate and then to an unsustainable without giving you time to rest ... The events are rushing at breakneck speed in a final battle in which the hatred of the humiliations suffered by the inhabitants of the galaxy runs against religious fanaticism of the Vong and ... among all this chaos, a group of Jedi try to find a more bearable for a conflict that has devastated millions of lives throughout the galaxy ...

Indeed, a fitting climax to a saga that has kept us all reading from beginning to end ... a saga which, as any neighbor's house, had best and worst books .... entertaining books and other soporific, but this reaches the peak that had to have the culmination of the saga Vong ... James Luceno known to live up to the challenge and gives us a thrilling novel worthy of the series and franchise it belongs ... Star Wars in its purest ...

really ... I had a pipe reading it ... Kind regards and until next Star Wars novel (to see if they encourage publishers and books continue to draw the expanded universe of Star Wars does not end there and a lot less ...)

Arriving are terrified to see the devastating effects of the deadly virus on the red alpha Vong. Coruscant, the new capital Yuuzhan'tar, living in a state of chaos. The prophecy is coming, and the world begins to crumble. "

Comment and Opinion:

Well ... well .... well ... it seems that things are going at an end (at least in regard to the conflict is Vong).

is a novel divided into two parts by Planeta de Agostini (obviously to try to get more "rooms" to people that if the public only on a volume and keeping the original price of the collection ... and I say this hobby ... to divide novels to get more pelas ... why not us they are selling collectibles in folios and so while we bleed more ?.... well ... I strayed from the topic and then we arremeteré against editorial, as has become the custom in this collection in particular ...) where we will meet with the final conflict ... Yuuzan Vong Yes sir ... the truth is worth giving up the thing runs out after "zillion" books giving forms among them, although it is not to throw the hair and that this end does not mean the end of Star Wars adventures that continue with the Dark Nest Trilogy and more ... anyway ... I divert the topic ....

In the novel we will find, as usual, with several plots that converge at different rates iran during the course of history.

one hand we will start to Han and Leia in the Millennium Falcon on a mission to infiltrate a prison planet Yuuzhan Vong in order to rescue some important prisoners have valuable information for the development of the war .. . information regarding a shipment of prisoners who are to be brought to the old Coruscant to undergo a ritual sacrifice aimed at sanctifying the vast fleet of warships that the Supreme Lord Shimrra is bringing together to give a final blow to the alliance. After pass

canutas, the heroes get (obviously, and I'm not revealing anything that was not already pre-suppose) get transport information and thwart the enemy of mega-sacrifice expected (on the other hand, the shame Coruscant, with the memory of his departed prophet still in mind, remember that it was Nom Anor, who is now prefect of the Supreme Lord himself, also do their part to ruin the day for Shimrra).

Meanwhile, Luke, Mara, Jacen and the group was in Zonama Sekot still stranded on the planet after Nom Anor sabotage the planet and forced him to jump into hyperspace to try to destroy it. The Living Planet, battered by the sabotage, but not dead, try to rebuild and to regain a state of "mental" unified, calm and rational to decide again if it helps in the fight against the Yuuzhan Vong or otherwise ignores the the problem. And, while talking to the group of Jedi to try to make a decision, the living planet is trying, slowly return to known space through small hyper-space jump to correct the wrong done by Nom Anor.

On the other hand, and once attempted sacrifice, alliance leaders decided it is time to give the decisive blow to the Yuuzhan Vong ... Shimrra know, even despite having screwed his consecration ceremony of its fleet, not to back down and launch a devastating attack against Mon Calamari (now the seat of government of what remains of the old Republic), so they decide to whole hog ... Shimrra anger knowing that they decide to give him "the octopus" ... when the fleet arrives to sweep Mon Calamari they tried to cope, but the bulk of the ships of war be launched against Coruscant dive to attack the very heart of the enemy ....

Nothing ... as you see a plagadita novel action from beginning to end (this first part at least). Numerous space battles pretty full of tension that are predicting a final showdown that will come in the second part of the novel. On the other hand, is an author like to thank James Luceno that is already well established in these conflicts and that, while not the best from my point of view to put the climax to the series (myself among them I would have opted for RA Salvatore) is equal to the task.

In short ... a novel to be read, especially all those fans who have followed this conflict since it began with the death of so many novels ago Chewbacca back ...

And now well known and sadly my usual admonition to editors ... seriously ... Do you still play? ... Why hire reviewers of text trying to do their job with your eyes closed? ... How hard is to match the gender of the noun with gender of the adjective that goes with ...? Is it so difficult is to revise the text to see if there are missing articles and prepositions in the middle of sentences to try to avoid the feeling that one is reading a text written by a Sioux Indian who tries to learn Castilian with the method of "English in 1000 words "?... Anyway ... less evil than the Metro library is over now and not continue to carry out similar assassinations language against the language of Cervantes (and I mean the body that man in his mouth). Anyway ... and this is my farewell for Planeta de Agostini ... What does it feel to leave food with the money obtained by a shoddy job?

Kind regards to all Star War-maniacs and to the second part of this novel ...

An epic story of power and revenge in which the truth is written in blood. "

Comment and Opinion:

Well, I've finished reading me the book ... the truth is that this time it has taken me time, I guess mainly for two reasons, first is that work is taking me time reading (as is obvious) and second and no less important is that I finished the novel has cost ... Why? ... so as usual ... because maybe he had put too much hope in the book and I ended up taking another disappointment (I do not know when or if I learn anything I do someday will END)

I've spent exactly the same happened to me whenever I catch a book "based" on a computer game ... I mean, I mean, ... Why the hell they call the book "based on computer game (or console )?... of "based" nothing ... IS THE GAME OF COMPUTER AND POINT. The book is limited to relate almost to the point that those who have already played the game we know ... does not contribute anything new that we have not already experienced the hand of Ezio in his travels through the Italian Renaissance for revenge and their struggle against the Templars.

Actually, when I took the book was in the false hope that the author exploits the plot of the game that I personally drew a lot (in fact I'm anxious because it leaves the third part of the game towards the end of this month to catch and see how the story progresses.) However, the author, in a clear sign of their lack of imagination has been content to sit in front of your TV with a notepad next to go transcribing exactly what I saw on the screen.

A añadidle the fact that that for greater expense of gaming history, the author chooses to focus on the book only from the point of view of the historical pattern, skipping a stroke the entire history of the Templars and the murderers of today, the Animus project, the story of Desmond Miles and how it will slowly unravel the great secret that try to hide the Templars.

No, I do not think after the events of Desmond is a hack to the game's story quite remarkable, moreover, the hack might have been justified if at least the author had proposed something new, but simply repeated the kinematic the game and your adventures there the thing is very poor.

Really, I can understand that the author would have said that, given that the new game Assassin's Creed is about to hit the market, could not reveal anything about the plot of the story of Ezio Auditore ... okay ... I understand, but why the hell the author or the company then decided not to make the book about the first game and the character of ALT? ... There would have been enough material to get a nice book if you reveal anything about the upcoming release ... or ... Why have not filled the gap left in the story from the clash of Altaïr in 1191 to the facts that appear Ezio in 1476? ... Or is that for 3 centuries both the Templars and the murderers decide to sit in the shade of a tree to be seen navels? ...

Anyway ... as you can see me having bought the pretty pissed off (and even worse, read) a book that just told me what I already knew because he had played. (To be totally honest with the book, to the last pages of the author himself is a little out of the script marked by the game, but honestly, after so many pages telling exactly what that little rallied the final game does not save or away the book)

Therefore ... for those who have played the games ... anyway ... if you read it you get ready to retell you what you already know and if the intensity reported above that the game itself gives the player just endorsing the actions of Ezio and for those you have not played there are two options ... if you have not played and you're not going to play may be an interesting book (nothing else) and if you play in a future planteáis ready because the book is a great MEGA-GIGA-spoiler of the game's plot. Kind regards
